I bought an item and 4 months later it no longer works... what can I do
I bought an item and 4 months later it no longer works...what can I do,,,a month before I spoke with the seller and he did tell me I could return it,,,20 days later the item is no longer on the list,,what can we do,,

The eBay Customer Guarantee, offers protection if you have received an item in conditions different from what was stated in the listing, or if you receive it in defective condition, as long as you open a return request, within 30 days after the date you received the aforementioned order.
If, as you mention, more than 4 months have passed since you made that purchase, we would recommend trying to contact the manufacturer as well as continuing to do so with the seller. You can also explore the options available outside of eBay to understand whether it is possible to receive protection for that transaction.
