Hello @javvic_48,
Thanks for your message. I understand that you can't see the purchase in your Purchase History, so it sounds to me like you most likely completed the purchase with a Guest account and that's why you can't see it in your normal account.
To be able to access your purchase, I suggest that you look for the confirmation email we sent you when the purchase was completed and from the email, you'll be able to access your purchase. We have a guide for this type of case that you can access here.
