help with exchange rate
Hello, a moment ago I made a payment with my debit card and when I collected it it was in the local currency of my country and it is evident that the exchange rate is much higher than paying in dollars, I would like to know how I can configure my eBay account so that consumption is always in dollars. Maybe it's an error in my eBay account or my debit card.

If the purchase you mention was completed in dollars, and your card normally works for transactions in your country’s currency, it is very likely that the difference you are seeing in both amounts is due to a fee charged by your bank for currency conversion. We would advise you to contact your bank to understand whether this is the case, since many banks usually charge fees when processing payments in different currencies, as has been the case for you.
