From what you say, it is very possible that the funds from that sale are currently on hold. To check whether the payment has been completed and those funds are being held, we advise you to review the order details in question in the 'Sold' section of your account.
This type of practices by which your funds may be held. usually affect sellers who still do not have an established selling experience. We leave you this page where you will find more information on the matter.
