Hello to eBay, your mediation regarding the item I bought from you, smells like a scam to me.
Hello to whom it may concern, eBay or the seller; I made a purchase of an item with a delivery date for the 25th and the 29th, even the 30th of October, with the number, but apparently this smells like a scam here, yes they automatically take your money on the spot, but as I state in this purchase no one responds and I do not know if I have to resort to reporting eBay or some son of a bitch, anyway I will go to the competent authorities to see if justice works because at this point I have quite a few doubts that it does.

Hello @fernane-41,
Thank you for your message. On eBay, we have the eBay Customer Guarantee Protection to cover your purchase in situations like these, where you have not received your item. I suggest that you contact the seller directly in case the item has already been shipped, but the tracking number has not been updated, as this happens sometimes. If you do not receive a response from the seller, it is important that you check the estimated delivery date in your transaction, as our guarantee protects you up to 30 days after the estimated date.
Below, I’ll tell you how to open the request yourself so you can begin the process to ask for a refund and back up our guarantee, if you are still within these 30 days. You can open the case here, this will alert the seller to start the refund process and communication between the seller and you.
It is rare for sellers to ignore your help request, but if you do not receive a response after a few days, you can request eBay’s help if you go into the case from your account and click the option "Ask eBay for help".
Best regards
Cinthia
