Thank you for your message. I understand that you have tried to participate in an auction but have not been able to place a bid. This may be due to a number of different restrictions.
Sometimes sellers restrict bids so that only people from certain regions can buy the item, or if you have had a cancellation or a non-payment for an item, this will restrict your ability to participate in some auctions.
