There was a problem returning the item to get the refund.
The seller has been refusing the refund, so after waiting 5 days, I asked for help from eBay customer service. Customer service provided me with a prepaid shipping label and agreed that I would send the item back to receive the refund. I printed the label provided by customer service, stuck it on the package, and took it to the post office. Now the status is:
Shipping to station: Shipment stopped by unknown recipient, pending sender instructions.
I'm not sure whether the seller is deliberately rejecting the package, but as a buyer, what can I do? I don't know how to get help from eBay.

Hello,
We’d like to reassure you, since your purchase is covered by the Customer Guarantee Program , in the rare case that the seller does not issue a refund, once the tracking information shows that the package was delivered to the seller
Please note that if the package was returned to the seller, you’ll be able to escalate the return request once 2 days have passed since the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to the seller, or also if a delivery attempt was made at their address, if they have not issued a refund within the المذكioned 2 business days.
Once that period has passed, you’ll be able to see the 'Ask eBay to step in' option within the request, and you can also contact the specialized team from this page so we can find a solution for you.
