"Information event not received from retailer"
I was supposed to receive a package yesterday, but it didn't arrive. When checking the tracking it shows that yesterday, and today too, at 8:05 both days it says: "Information event Not received from retailer". What does this mean? When Im I going to receive my package?

If you still can’t open a claim for an item not received, it’s probably because the estimated delivery date shown in the order details hasn’t passed yet.
We suggest that you be patient and check that date again, since once that estimated delivery date has passed, you can open a claim simply by selecting the option 'I haven't received my item' that will be available in the 'More actions' menu in your Purchase History.
The message in English that appears in your tracking means that the order has not yet reached the destination country, that is, it is still not in the hands of the shipping company responsible for delivering the package to your address. This is perfectly normal if, as it seems, the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, and since it is an international order, it will take longer than an order completed locally.

Hello,
What you’re saying seems perfectly normal, and we’d like to reassure you, since if you made that purchase through the global shipping program your purchase is covered by the Customer Guarantee Program, in the rare case that you do not receive it within the estimated delivery date shown in the order details. Please note that normally for this type of purchase, two tracking numbers are generated, one for the movements to the Global Shipping Center, and once it reaches the destination country, a new one will be generated with the local shipping company.
We recommend that you check both the estimated delivery date of your order, and remember that you may receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown in the order details. Check this link for information on how to open a claim for an item not received.

OP2 years agoHello, good afternoon, as I said before, the package was supposed to arrive yesterday and it didn't. It is now 11:57 the next day and I still have the same information as yesterday about the delivery, which should have arrived yesterday the 20th.
I still don't know what the tracking shows, and I'm not reassured by being told it's "normal". Please explain what it is.
Also, it's impossible to open any ticket, either from the app, or from the website, or even using your link.
