Proceeds less than the sale amount after deducting commissions
Hi. I sold a second-hand product on Ebay, I’m not going to comment on the multiple fees and commissions they apply to a sale, which is a big hit, the problem is that, after the hit from the commissions, they should have deposited 92,12€ into my account and they’ve deposited 91,13€ into the account and I don’t know why? Does anyone have the answer?

Thank you for your message. I understand that the amount we sent you on your invoice is less than what you thought you would receive.
is it possible that the amount is in another currency? If the payment was completed in dollars or in British pounds, this can explain why the amount is different, due to the currency exchange, but without more information, it is hard to know what has happened.
