Hello, my name is Luis. I bought an iPad some time ago. I had it for several months with no problems and then, suddenly, some time ago it stopped working after getting locked and not letting me activate it.
I decided to get in touch with the seller so they could delete their account and I could unlock the iPad, and I discovered that it doesn’t appear in my purchases, there’s no trace of it.
I’d like to know if there is any way for eBay to recover the seller’s data or pass the problem on to them. Or if someone could help me solve it, without relying on the seller.
