€200 iPhone that can't even make calls
Hello, I bought an iPhone XS Max on September 18, I received it on the 25th. Since I come from Android and had never had an iPhone, it took me a while to transfer the information to the iPhone and start using it. In my day-to-day life, I watch videos, write WhatsApps, or make video calls with my daughters who are studying abroad. The thing is, last week I got a call from an electricity company, and they told me they couldn't hear me well. This weekend the same thing happened to me with a friend. I thought it was a coverage issue with iPhones and didn't give it any more importance. But this Monday I called my work and couldn't hear any tone, or any sound, and they couldn't hear me either. The sound works perfectly in all the apps except for calls....
I wrote two or three messages to the seller and got no response. Today I requested a return, the seller rejected it and Ebay "washes its hands" because 36 days have passed since I received the phone. I don't know what to do; I have a smartphone that doesn't work for calling. Do you know who I can turn to or what I should do? Thanks a lot

OP1 year agoeBay just wrote to me saying that more than 30 days have passed and that nothing can be done.
Not only that, they deleted the negative review I wrote about the seller.
Let's see how long it takes them to delete this.

OP1 year agoHello, good morning Cintia, my review does not violate any voting policy, I even gave 4 stars for the transport cost and the shipping time. Don’t support these freeloaders so they can keep doing this to other users. I’ve been looking at this seller’s review history, and what a coincidence that days before I bought my phone he was selling another one like it for "parts".
