Hello, I bought this item, an iPhone xs Max, on September 4th. I already paid for it and they shipped it to me, but I didn't receive it. Can you tell me where my item is? Is it there now?

What you mention seems perfectly normal, since if your order has been shipped internationally it may take a few days to be shipped and arrive in Spain
We would like to reassure you, since your purchase is covered by the Customer Guarantee Program , in the rare case that you do not receive it within the estimated delivery date shown in the order details.
Please also keep in mind that if the seller of the item you are referring to ships through the Global Shipping Program, the order will first be sent to the International Shipping Center, and from there, once received, it will be sent to your location. In those cases, two tracking numbers are generated, one will indicate the shipment from the seller's address to the shipping center, and a different one will be generated once it has been shipped from the Shipping Center to your country. We recommend that you review both the estimated delivery date of your order and the tracking number provided by the seller, and remember that you may receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown in the order details.
