Hi! I just read someone else saying exactly the same thing has happened to them, so I’m guessing eBay is changing something, even though I’ve spoken with them and they say no.. but this isn’t normal. I can’t make offers to sellers or stores in the U.S.. some yes, others no.. ALL of them with international shipping and SOME I’VE ALREADY MADE PURCHASES FROM LAST MONTH.. but for the last few days.. NOTHING.
Has this happened to anyone?
