From what you’re saying, we recommend that in the future you always make sure to pay attention before completing a purchase, since if you have a history of unpaid items, your account may be restricted, precisely to ensure the security of transactions.
That kind of restriction is temporary, and will disappear once you’ve built up a successful purchase history, without issues. Remember anyway that you can complete a purchase whenever you want, using the 'Buy It Now' option or from the shopping cart in your account. In this page you can find useful information about it.
