Machine not working and missing parts
Good afternoon, I bought a used hair removal machine and it won’t turn on, it came with rusty parts and the important parts of the machine were missing. The seller doesn’t respond. This is my second time buying here. So I don’t know if you guys have been contacted like eBay or through the seller to help you with technical support and send everything that’s missing, or if it’s better to return it?

We're sorry to read what you mention. Please note that when you complete a purchase on eBay, you do so directly from the registered seller, with eBay being an intermediary platform.
We would like to reassure you in any case, since the eBay Customer Guarantee, offers protection if you have received an item in conditions different from what was stated in the listing, or as in your case, if you received a machine missing parts.
If this is the case, you can open a return request, within 30 days after the date on which you received the mentioned order. make sure the reason for the return is "item differs from the listing description" or 'Missing parts' so that the seller can offer you a solution, from offering you a partial refund if you want, to arranging the return of the item, covering the costs of it. Once you do that, you will have the option, if the seller does not offer you a solution within 3 business days, to ask eBay to step in by selecting the option 'Ask eBay to step in' once it becomes available, and in no case close the request until the seller has offered you a solution you agree with.
