Poor customer service from eBay
Hi, how can I contact Ebay customer service? I have an open case because I haven't received the order, but Ebay doesn't resolve it; it sets a resolution date and when that date arrives it automatically renews it for another 10 days. It won't let me make a claim because the case is open.
