Fake switch controller
Hi, I sold a fake Switch controller and requested a refund, and the seller accepted it and is making me, the buyer, pay for the shipping, even though he sent me the fake item. What should I do, thanks.

You must ask us for help before 30 days have passed after the case was opened, or we won’t be able to help you after that time, so it’s important to keep an eye on the dates.
