Good morning,
This is the first time I’ve made a sale on eBay, and I’d like to know how to mark the package I sent as received. In this case I did it with Seur and I also included the tracking number. The customer has confirmed by chat that they received the product, however neither the buyer nor I can mark it as received.

Thank you for your message. I understand that the tracking number is already linked to the transaction and that the item has been delivered, so you do not need to take any other action. As soon as the tracking number is updated, you will receive your funds within the next 24 hours and this will conclude the transaction.
