I want to know if there’s any way to find out which shipping company has my order and which branch, since it practically doesn’t give any information about it

If it is an international shipment, tracking information will normally update when the package reaches your country,
From what you mention, we recommend that you check both the estimated delivery date of your order and contact the seller to understand whether they can provide you with more information about the shipment.
Please also keep in mind that eBay offers protection in situations where a buyer does not receive an order, or receives it in a condition different from what was described. According to our eBay Customer Guarantee. you may receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details. Check this link for information on how to open a claim for an item not received. You can do so once the estimated delivery date has passed.
