I was charged twice for my order.
I bought two products from different sellers. The first charge was made when I completed the order, and that morning a second separate charge appeared on my card.

Hello,
The first thing we would recommend is that you check the details of your order in the Purchase history section, since eBay will never charge you anything beyond the total indicated in the order details.
If you see two different charges on your card for that amount, it is very likely that when you tried to complete the payment, your bank placed a hold on those funds.
We would therefore recommend that you contact your bank, as they will be able to confirm that the charges are in fact held/pending and not charged/billed, as well as provide you with more precise information about when they will reverse those charges.
