I placed an order to the USA, and the order is supposedly on the way, but when I try to track the shipment, it says it couldn’t be sent. And it also won’t let me file a claim or contact eBay to say I haven’t received the order because it’s still within the estimated delivery time. Does anyone know what I can do? Thanks a lot!
