If your order's tracking number indicates that the package was delivered to your address, the first thing we would recommend is that you check with your neighbors in case someone may have picked up the package if you were away from home. Likewise, we would advise you to get in touch with the shipping company, as well as the seller, to understand whether they can file a claim with them.
Please also note that if the seller ships through the Global Shipping Program, two tracking numbers will be generated, one up to the international shipping center, and once it reaches our country, a new one corresponding to the company responsible for delivering it to your address will be generated.
