Hello,
If you are the seller of an order, you would be responsible for correctly including the tracking information if you decided to include a tracking number in the order. Once you have shipped the item, you can add the tracking information through My eBay or the Seller Dashboard, depending on whether the item was purchased by a registered eBay user or a guest account.
