Thanks for your message, I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through this situation. Our first piece of advice is that you contact your bank as soon as possible to cancel the card so that no one can keep using it.
As for the eBay account, if the purchase was made from your eBay account, we’ll need to secure it, if it hasn’t already been automatically blocked to protect your data, and verify with you that all the information is correct. If, on the other hand, the purchase was made from another account, canceling your card with your bank is the path you should follow.
