Thank you for your message. I understand that you have a charge on your account for an item you have not been able to identify. We recommend the following:
Log in to your eBay account and go to "My eBay" > "Purchase history" to check whether there is any recent item you don't recognize.
Search your inbox and spam folder for any eBay purchase confirmation email that may be related to the charge.
If you can't identify the charge, I recommend that you contact eBay customer service in our Help Pages . They will be able to review your account details and help you identify the source of the charge.
Make sure there are no unauthorized charges on your payment methods linked to eBay or contact your bank to let them know about an unauthorized charge on your account and they will be able to refund you.
These steps should help you clarify the origin of the unknown charge or start the refund process.
