They’ve left me a package at a drop-off point, but it doesn’t say which one
Hello, according to the tracking, they tried to deliver the package and I wasn't home, they say they sent an electronic notification, which I don't have in any email, not even in spam. They also haven't called me by phone, and it says it's ready to pick up at the delivery point, but since it doesn't say which one, I don't know where it is. I don't know what to do, the shipment comes from Austria and when it enters Spain they give it another tracking number that they haven't given me
