They brought me another item by mistake
Yesterday, October 22, they delivered me an item I ordered on October 17, and today, October 23, they brought me the same item by mistake. I would like them to come and pick up the wrong item.

Thank you for your message. I understand that you have received 2 items. We ask that you contact the seller by opening a return case.
You can open the case here, this will alert the seller so they can begin the return process. The seller must pay the return shipping cost and we always recommend having a friendly conversation between the seller and you so you can resolve the issue in the best possible way.
You can agree on whether you want them to send you the correct item or whether you prefer a refund. It’s rare for sellers to ignore your request for help, but if you don’t receive a response after a few days, you can request eBay’s help if you go into the case from your account and click the option "Request eBay Help". You must ask us for help before 30 days have passed since the case was opened, or we won’t be able to help you after that time, so it’s important to keep an eye on the dates.
