Good day. I bought a product but it didn't arrive within the established timeframe and when I appealed they refunded me. Since I bought it, the seller gave me a tracking number in DHL where it says that it's on the way but it hasn't been updated for more than a month now. My question is whether the product will still arrive if it is still on the way or whether it will be returned to its origin because it is necessary, it doesn't matter to return that refund.
