They suspend my account, I get a message in English, and I can't contact eBay
My account gets suspended and I get a message in English, I try to contact eBay and due to technical problems they can't call me back, what do I do?

In this link you can write an email directly to the team in charge of suspensions so you can appeal the suspension of your account.
Here you can tell them that you want to appeal the suspension and ask them for the steps to continue with the process. The account suspension team will get in touch with you.
