My money is still being held.
Good afternoon, I sold an item and sent it, the buyer received it and has it in their possession, at the agency it appears as delivered, both in Seur and in Packling, the problem is that the status is not updating on eBay and the money from the sale, after 10 days, is still being held. I have sent emails to eBay and Packling, with photos of the delivery receipts, even the buyer has sent them an email and all the information. What can or should I do? Report eBay or Packling? Hire a lawyer? Please, I need your help.

Thank you for your message. I understand that the buyer has successfully received the item and has positively rated the transaction, but your funds are still being held because the tracking number has not updated and does not show information about a successful delivery.
In these cases, I recommend that you contact my colleagues on the Payments team directly; they are the specialists in this type of situation and will be able to help you release your funds.

OP1 year agoI already let them know and sent them all the details, they even received an email from the buyer and nothing, I'm still waiting. Their response was that, as long as the delivery information isn't updated, they can't do anything. I don't know what else to do anymore. I'm devastated. 🤦🏻♂️
