my package says "cannot be delivered"
Hello, this is my first purchase on Ebay, I bought an item from the US to have it arrive in Mexico, I have been checking the status of the package daily, but after it arrived at the "international center" the message "cannot be delivered" appeared, I would like to know if anyone knows what this is due to or what the next steps are. To be honest it was a somewhat expensive item and I wouldn't want to lose my money, thanks.
