my order appears delivered in another country
Good afternoon, my order appears as delivered in another country, I requested a claim and asked for a refund and a return label was generated and I have until the 13th to return the product, but how do I return something I never received, the deadline to return it is going to arrive and I don't have the product in the same order it says delivered and where it was delivered, what is going to happen if the return deadline arrives and it has not been sent?
the purchase was for quite a bit of money I am not willing to lose it I need direct help from eBay and to escalate the case since the seller has not responded to my last message for 3 days.

Thank you for your message. I understand that you have opened a return case, but you should have opened a case for an unwanted item. Since you already have the return case open, I ask that you do not close it for any reason, or we won’t be able to help you.
Please contact us so we can review the case and change it to the correct option, which is that you did not receive the item. To contact us, you can do so through our Help Pages and then select the topic of your inquiry. At the bottom of each page you will find a section that says Contact Us; if you click on this section, you will find the option to call us, chat with us, send us an email, etc.
