My EBAY messages isn't working, the messages won't open
Ebay's MY MESSAGES service does not work, with the new format the messages do not open, I receive some through my email and only from there can I reply.
I try to get in touch with the seller once I have received the item, simply to thank them for how quickly they acted when I informed them that I had not received the item and EBAY does not allow me to.
Every time I click on MESSAGES from the MY EBAY page they all come up blank

Thank you for your message. I understand that you can’t see your messages, and I’d like to ask if you can clear your browser’s cookies and cache to see if this solves the problem.
