months waiting for a refund
The seller has been asking for time delays since the case was opened with the order, it was returned by customs and now that he says he is willing to refund the purchase there is no way for Ebay to return the refund that the seller says he has accepted through Ebay. I don't understand anything, if the seller has already made the refund to Ebay, why don't I receive the refund? I don't have any notification from Ebay, I don't know if it is a fraud or if the seller is lying.

If eBay or the seller has issued a refund after opening a claim, you can see in the claim details when that refund was issued. You can check it by clicking on 'View request details' in your Purchase History.
Remember for the future that eBay offers protection in situations where a buyer does not receive an order. According to our eBay Money Back Guarantee. you can receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown in the order details.
