Stolen phone
I bought a phone on April 19, an S24 Ultra, and it turns out it’s stolen and the company that owns it blocked it, and now it’s useless. I sent it to Samsung and they say they can’t take responsibility. I contact eBay and they say they can’t help me either. I paid 1099€

The eBay Customer Guarantee, offers protection if you have received an item in conditions different from what was stated in the listing. Make sure that no more than 30 days have passed since you received the item, as that is the time period covered by our eBay Customer Guarantee; if it is outside this period, it is likely that you will not be able to open the case and in that case we would recommend contacting the seller to resolve it directly with them.
