Collector doll, the box arrived broken
Hi, my collector doll Luna arrived with the box broken, I opened it bec I didn’t know how the dispute works on eBay and when I opened PayPal, eBay closed it for me. After sending photos and I even have videos opening the package because it looked like it had been hit from the outside, they’ve closed the case on me. Does anyone know how I can appeal again since I’ve provided everything they ask for and they tell me it’s not enough? It doesn’t seem fair to me to pay €1000 for a doll in these conditions

Unfortunately, as you mention, if the return request you initially opened has already been closed because you opened a dispute with PayPal for that same transaction, you won't be able to open a new one, since it's only possible to open one request per transaction.
If that request is still open, you can contact the seller so they can provide you with a solution, and remember for the future that normally, according to our eBay Customer Guarantee eBay offers protection in situations where a buyer does not receive an order, or receives it in a condition different from what was described, as long as you open a request selecting 'Item not as described' or 'Defective item' within 30 days after the delivery date, and if the seller does not respond to you or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so we can try to find a solution for you.
