I need help, thanks, with an order that hasn't arrived.
Hello, I made an order for a Samsung Galaxy T595 tablet and it showed me 60 euros, and when I bought it it says I paid 600 euros and I canceled the order. I ask for help right now, thank you very much.

As an online trading platform, eBay does not have the ability to cancel an order, only sellers can do that Keep in mind that if the item has already been shipped or marked as shipped, the seller will not be able to cancel the transaction. Therefore, your best option is to try contacting the seller to see if they can cancel the order, so they can relist the item.
