I need help please with a purchase

I was sent an item from eBay from e-commerce and they made the label wrong with my address even though on eBay I had the details written perfectly right. After opening two disputes to return the item, I still haven't received the item and the seller says he hasn't received it either, when at the post office they assured me it had been delivered. I'm left without a refund and without the item. I want to get in touch with eBay and it won't let me because they closed two disputes saying that I received the item when that's not the case. How can I get my money back or get someone to tell me where my item is? At Correos España they told me it had been returned to the sender on 21 -8 -26 and a courier called dreieich took care of it. The seller assures me that he doesn't have it. I want to contact eBay again to ask for help, thanks

It's complicated because if you opened a return request, the system understands that you received it and wanted to return it, so now it won't let you say that you didn't receive it.
The best thing is to talk to the seller and have them resend it to you.
