Please keep in mind that the invoice for your purchase is the email you receive when you make the purchase; if for any reason you do not have this email, you can contact the seller and ask them to issue one for you.
Likewise, I would like to explain that there are 2 types of sellers on eBay, Individuals and Professionals. We would like to explain in more detail how invoices are handled by sellers, since the process changes depending on the type of seller, "professional or individual".
Individuals: They cannot issue you an invoice, because they are private individuals.
Professionals: These can issue you an invoice and you will need to contact the seller and request it.
To be able to get an invoice, you must provide your ID number, that is, if you made the purchase as an individual, you will need to provide your ID number and they will send it to you in your name. If the purchase was made in a country outside the EU, it is not valid as a warranty for Spain and, on the other hand, they may not issue it, as in the case of China. But if it is simply to prove that you have paid for a product for the company, it would work.
I would also like to clarify that, as I mentioned above, eBay issues a receipt/invoice when the item's payment is processed; you should have received a confirmation email containing the seller details, the item, the price, purchase date, etc., and this email has on many occasions served to validate product warranties and has a dual function as an invoice if you need it for the manufacturer's warranty.
