I purchased an item, and they sent me a completely different one. I receive an email telling me that my return has been accepted, and that the seller has sent me the corresponding return label, but that is not the case. With today’s message, that makes 4 messages I’ve sent to the seller and they don’t reply. I’m looking for HELP from EBAY, and I can’t find it anywhere. Honestly, it’s very hard to keep buying on this site if things keep going this way. eBay is nowhere to be found. What should I do? How can I contact eBay?.
