They won't send my article
6 days ago I bought a Funko Pop and I still don't know anything about the order, it says that when it arrives at eBay's hub they will give me a tracking number, but I don't know anything about my package and I'm worried.
Does anyone know anything else? It's my first purchase and I don't know if this is normal or not

What you’re describing seems perfectly normal, since if your order has been shipped internationally it may take a few days to arrive in Spain
We’d like to reassure you, as your purchase is covered by the PCustomer Guarantee Program , in the rare case that you do not receive it within the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details.
Please also keep in mind that if the seller of the item you are referring to ships through the Global Shipping Program, the order will first be sent to the International Shipping Center, and from there, once received, it will be sent to your location. In those cases, two tracking numbers are generated, one will indicate the shipment from the seller’s address to the shipping center, and another different one will be generated once shipped from the Shipping Center to your country. We recommend that you check both the estimated delivery date of your order and the tracking number provided by the seller, and remember that you may receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details.
