Hello, but this battery they sent me is smaller and has fewer mAh. My phone's battery is 2750mAh and is larger in size, 12 cm long x 5 cm wide, and the one you sent me is smaller and has fewer amps, thanks

If the item you received does not match the description in the original listing or if it arrived damaged or defective, you are covered by the eBay Customer Guarantee. You can return it even if the seller's returns policy says they do not accept returns.

You must ask us for help before 30 days have passed since the case was opened, or we won’t be able to help you after that time, so it’s important to keep an eye on the dates.
