My package hasn't arrived
I ordered a tube for my car as a guest, I only had the shipping number but it hasn't arrived, it should have arrived by now, I haven't received it and I haven't gotten any email or anything

If you bought an item as a guest and still haven’t received it, you’ll be covered by buyer protection thanks to our eBay Customer Guarantee.
To locate a purchase made with a guest account, you simply need to click the purchase confirmation email you received in your inbox. When doing so, make sure you haven’t logged in to an account you may have registered with that same email, if that’s the case. Make sure to read this page with information on requesting a new purchase confirmation email or opening a claim, and if you have any difficulties, you can contact our support team so they can provide help, to open a claim. Once it’s open, if after 3 business days the seller doesn’t offer you some kind of replacement or refund or an option you’re happy with, you can ask us for help so we can try to find a solution for you.
