Good afternoon, can someone help me with some procedure for filing a claim for an order I haven't received. It turns out the seller tells me that they made a mistake with the shipping option and tells me to buy it again; I tell them no because they already debited the money from me. It turns out that the cancellation is made, but Ebay notifies that it isn't possible, a refund is initiated for something the seller never sent and now neither the seller nor Ebay respond.
