From what you say, it is possible that you opened a claim more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. That would unfortunately mean that the purchase is not covered by the Customer Guarantee Program, and in those cases we would not have the possibility to intervene. This would explain why the claim in question was automatically closed.
If this is a situation in which you did not receive your order, we would recommend trying to contact the seller outside of the claim, or contacting your bank.
