I can't find the email with the order or tracking number
Hi! Does anyone know how I can check the status of a purchase? I made one a couple of weeks ago and it went through, however I can’t find the email with the order or tracking number, and when I go to the website it says it doesn’t exist (I bought as a guest).
I found an option where, by entering the email address, they send you the purchase information. However, I’ve done it twice and nothing (

If you bought an item as a guest, you can find the purchase details by clicking the purchase confirmation email you received in your email inbox. When doing so, make sure you are not logged into an account you may have registered with that same email; if so, do not even register a new account with the same email, as this could cause problems when locating your order.
