I don’t see the option to download the tax invoice.

This is the first time this has happened to me: the option to Download Fiscal Invoice does not appear.
I don't know what it depends on for it not to appear.
The seller is from the USA. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
When I asked the seller, they told me it should be possible to download it from the website... but as I said... this option doesn't appear.
(However, in my other purchases, this option does appear).
Can you help me? Can I send an email directly to an eBay support account so they can look into it?
