"Buy Label" won't load for me to return an item
Hi,
When I’m on the returns.ebay.es page, after selecting the item I want to return and entering all the weight, height, etc. information... when I click the "Buy Label" button, nothing happens. A white thinking circle appears for 3 seconds, and nothing happens.
I tried doing this on my phone with 2 web browsers, and in incognito (even after deleting cookies) - Safari and Chrome
The same on a computer (Chrome, Brave, Firefox, Microsoft Edge)
And I’m not able to continue with the process, it won’t let me.
I also tried deleting the ebay app on my phone and nothing. It won’t let me get to the part where I buy the label.
Does anyone have any solution?
