It won't let me put 'buy now in an ad'
I’ve had this problem for a long time and I’ve tried contacting eBay and customer service, but they just hang up on me in the middle of the call. When I try to post an ad, I set the price to Buy It Now and disable the bidding option. And when I go to publish it, it tells me the following:
I turn off bidding mode and set Buy It Now:
I click publish
and it tells me that I haven’t entered the amount for bidding, but I haven’t set it for bidding
I scroll down the page and this appears
I keep setting Buy It Now over and over, and when I go to publish it tells me I can’t because I haven’t entered the starting bid price, WHEN I HAD NOT SET A BID, only Buy It Now. I disable bidding, enable Buy It Now, click publish again, and I get the same message.
I’m desperate, I don’t know what to do anymore. Please, someone help me.
