My order hasn't arrived
Good afternoon, I placed an order with a seller who tells me that it should arrive, but I've been waiting since July 26 and nothing has arrived, how can I request a refund? thanks

Hello,
If the estimated delivery date has already passed, you can open a claim for an item not received. Check this link for information on how to do it, and if the seller doesn't respond or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so we can try to find a solution for you.

look I have done all the steps to follow, I sent him messages, he replied that he had sent it, but nothing has arrived yet, I have complained again without getting any news, and when I go into his profile it says that he has gone away until September 4, so the order may be delayed, so I was expecting it for August 6, it was to give as a birthday present which no longer works for me, I also have no guarantee that it will arrive in September, so I am requesting a refund. Awaiting your reply. Thank you

OP2 years agoGood morning, part of the order was able to be resolved with the refund issued by eBay's guarantee, but I have another problem: I have another order that I bought at the same time from the same seller that still needs to be refunded, the problem is that I closed it because I don't know how this works, and I need help to be able to resolve it since I haven't received anything either, and I have no news from the seller. Thanks.
